I was given the opportunity to design three exciting cookbooks for Taunton Press. Chanterelle features beautiful photographs and stories of the famous New York restaurant. For Cooking from the Garden, a two-color compilation of recipes from Kitchen Gardener magazine, I had the pleasure of working with the talented illustrator Chris Silas Neal. Last but not least, Harvest to Heat is a farm-to-table cookbook celebrating the personal collaboration between farmers, herders, ranchers, and chefs.
